The Greater New Haven Memory Care Guide is an independent directory of Memory Care businesses in the Greater New Haven area. We build listings from publicly available business information, and we score each business by running Google reviews through one published rubric that applies to every facility the same way. Corrections to factual fields

Your listing shows details like name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services. If any of these are wrong, send us the correct information plus something we can verify it against, such as your website, Google Business Profile, or official documentation. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place through future updates to our data.

Disputes about your score

Scores in this guide never get hand-edited. If you think your score is wrong, it means something in the input data is wrong: your business is matched to the wrong profile, reviews are assigned to you by mistake, or our summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a different number. It is a claim that the information feeding the score is incorrect.

Requests for removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if you are a duplicate entry, or if you fall outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also catches closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed just because you ask. If your removal request is declined, we tell you why.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are approved happen within 7 days. If we decline your request, we explain our reasoning.
